I created E.M.S. Consulting Firm because I genuinely love helping people take that first step. Whether someone comes to me with a fully formed business idea or just a feeling that they want to build something of their own, I want to be the person who helps them figure out where to begin.

What started over 15 years ago as simply helping family, friends, and people in my community grew into something I never expected. I found myself listening to their ideas, helping them build their dreams, developing business plans, creating marketing strategies, providing administrative support, and offering guidance and coaching — not because it was my job, but because I genuinely cared about seeing them succeed.

Over time, I realized that what I was doing naturally — listening, guiding, connecting people with the right resources, and walking alongside them through the process — was exactly what so many entrepreneurs and small business owners needed. So I made a decision: why not make a career out of doing what I love?

E.M.S. Consulting Firm was born from that decision. My goal has never been to simply hand someone a list of steps and send them on their way. I want to understand where you are, what you're working toward, and what's standing in your way — and then walk alongside you as you build, organize, and grow.
